OUT OF STOCK POLICY
At Elvera, every piece in our collection is carefully sourced through our trusted network of suppliers and partners. As our collection is curated rather than mass-produced, availability can occasionally change between the time an order is placed and when it is prepared for dispatch.
While uncommon, this policy outlines how we manage these situations to ensure a seamless and transparent experience for our customers.
When an Item Becomes Unavailable
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is no longer available, our team will contact you within 1–3 business days of identifying the issue.
You will be offered one of the following options:

A comparable alternative selected from our collection

Store credit to the full value of your purchase

A full refund to your original payment method
If an alternative is offered, we will endeavour to provide an option that closely matches the style, size, colour, or design of your original selection.
Response Timeframe
To avoid unnecessary delays, we kindly ask that you respond to our communication within 5 business days.
If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, your order may be automatically cancelled and refunded in full to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and can take between 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Orders Containing Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items and only one item is affected by a stock issue, the remaining available items may be dispatched as scheduled.
The unavailable item will be managed separately under the process outlined above to ensure the rest of your order is not unnecessarily delayed.
