We encourage considered purchases — but if something isn’t right, this policy outlines how we handle returns, simply and transparently.


RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included — dust bags, tags, and accessories
  • The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these standards may be declined.


REQUESTING A RETURN

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, reason for return, and a clear video or images of the item

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Items sent without approval may not be accepted.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or video of the issue

In these cases:

  • Return shipping will be covered by ELVERA
  • You may choose a replacement or full refund

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked final sale
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as ELVERA is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If your refund has not appeared:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider
  • Then contact us if further assistance is needed
